For Credit Card company information call the operator at 1-800-555-1212 and give the name of the credit card issuer to see if they have a toll free number, which is always printed on your monthly credit card statement. If you have a Billing dispute or problem contact the Issuer of your credit card at the telephone number or address printed on your monthly statement. We do not maintain such information. We do not keep any records of your electronic application -- the credit card bank you applied to retains the application on file whether it was approved or denied.

Allow 2-4 weeks for processing of most credit or debit card request that have been approved instantly online. In some cases approval of a new account is contingent upon your sending in a security deposit, processing or program fee therefore allow for mail delays and processing time. We cannot give you the status of any application you have submitted online through our website do to federal privacy laws and inhouse banking regulations by the credit card companies.  Usually you will receive a written letter from the bank you applied to telling you the reasons you were not approved if you were declined an account.
